Registration Inclusions

Full Conference Registration (Early bird and standard) includes:

  • Attendance to workshops, conference sessions and trade exhibition – 2-3 May
  • Delegate Satchel including conference guide

  • Networking drinks (Wednesday, 2 May 5.00-6.00pm)

Day Registration (Early bird and standard) includes:

  • Attendance at training workshops, conference sessions and trade exhibitions on selected day
  • Delegate Satchel including conference guide
  • Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea on nominated day
  • Networking drinks (Wed)

Trade Expo Pass*

  • Access to Exhibition Hall on Wednesday and Thursday during opening hours
  • Access to Networking Drinks on Wednesday

*The Free Trade Expo Pass option is not available to non-sponsoring/exhibiting vendor companies, manufacturers and their employees. Entry is by way of full conference delegate package.

Payment:
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice payable within 14 days (or prior to the first day of the conference, whichever is the sooner) will be issued. The name name that will appear on your statement will be Westwick-Farrow Pty Ltd.
All conference and function payments must be made in full prior to attendance.
If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card upon arrival.

Cancellation:
If you are no longer able to attend this event, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Should you wish to cancel your registration, we will refund your registration fee less an administration fee of $75 per registered delegate, provided you have notified us in writing, by letter or fax, at least 10 business days before the start of the event. No refund is available for cancellations under 10 days. Westwick-Farrow Events host all papers we receive online. Unfortunately some speakers request their papers are not distributed.
