Head of Public Sector, Asia Pacific and Japan
Ms Noonan is the Head of Public Sector, Asia Pacific and Japan with Nokia Solutions and Networks. She has as a particular focus on public safety, smart cities/smart government and is based in Nokia’s regional headquarters in Singapore. She has over twenty years’ experience in successfully creating and driving sustainable business value across the public safety sector, smart grids, telecommunications and software sectors in Asia Pacific, Europe and America. Prior to moving into business development, she held senior marketing roles with Hutchison Whampoa in Hong Kong, Rational Software in Amsterdam and Telstra Australia. She holds an Executive MBA, from The National University of Singapore (APEX 17, Class of 2010) and a Master of Commerce (Marketing) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, NSW, Australia.
