Abstract: As spectrum becomes ever more crowded interference whether internal (PIM) or external presents a growing challenge to carriers and private operators alike. Locating the source often requires significant resources.

This paper outlines some simple approaches to reducing the time to locate the source of interference using modern test tools.

About the Presenter:

Filip is a radiocommunications engineer with over 18 years of extensive experience in network design, frequency planning, spectrum management, spectrum monitoring and sales in both the public and the private sector. Currently with Vicom New Zealand Filip’s previous experience includes 7 years in critical  roles with the Croatian Spectrum Regulatory Authority and 5 years with CRFS a specialist spectrum monitoring and RF intrusion detection organisation.
